Online Course Guidelines
FOR WINTER AND SUMMER INTERIM
If the course that you submit is not normally taught in an online format, you should address several key criteria that support best practices in distance learning, including the following:
Provide a general description of how technology will be utilized in the course. Please include information about what tools (Blackboard Learn, Collaborate, video, discussion boards, etc.) will be used, how students will be expected to engage and interact with you and with one another, whether there are required synchronous sessions or whether the student can work independently, and information about course modules, pacing, or structure.
